Keep Higham Hill library open
We are raising funds to help keep our library, Higham Hill library, open as it is. The council is planning to move the library service to a hub on Priory Court Estate, and it plans to destroy our beautiful 85 year old dedicated library to build flats on. We are trying to save the library but needs funds to help us do this, for printing and photocopying flyers etc.
We have until 29/11, the official end to the consultation period, to inform local people and the press, to put pressure on local counsillors and MPs and to try and stop this process. Please help us preserve this community hub, this landmark, this vital service.

It's been a bit quiet off late but we are still here and still campaigning!
