Karma sends Kharma to the World Cup

My name is Ross and I am a proud supporter of the Socceroos. During a recent World Cup qualifying match series against Syria, the Socceroos Facebook page was bombarded with passionate Syrian fans excited about their team’s chances to make the World Cup. A very small number of these supporters wrote some offensive comments. A young Syrian man (17 years of age) directly inboxed me to apologise for the rude comments written by the small number of Syrian fans which I thought was a really nice gesture. He explained that his people are a passionate group of supporters and genuinely nice and caring people. Given the continuing conflict within his country, football was the one thing they could be happy and excited about. I stayed in contact with Tarek Kharma and he followed my journey as I went to the World Cup. He loves football so much! He sent me a simple request. To take a picture of his Facebook profile at one of the World Cup games so he could show his friends how he was at the World Cup. For Qatar 2022 I would like to go one better and take him to the World Cup with a group of my friends. So this page is to help his dream of going to the World Cup come true. He is saving his money as much as he can as a young Syrian student. I will contribute and I am hoping that you might also be able to help me reach my goal. If you can spare $1 a week between now and 2022, or if would like to contribute a once of lump sum, any help will be greatly appreciated. Football brings the world together! ❤️
