Thank you all for taking the time to read Kainea & Ku'u's story. I hold these two close to my heart and wanted to help in every way possible to make their Christmas wish come true.
Kainea has been an independent mother since Ku'u was born. She has been working very diligently to make it on her own and provide for Ku'u. Not only is she a full-time mommy, but she is also a full-time employee & student.
In October, Kainea found out that the 1BD apartment they are currently living in would be raised in rent. As the news made her worry & stress, she was blessed with a new job at a nursing home. She continued to pray and stay positive in hopes she could find a new home, and as of yesterday her application was accepted to move into a 2BD house. The only downfall is that they increased her security deposit from $950 to $1,500, because she barely makes 3x the rent. Because it is due on Dec.18th, Kainea doesn't know if she will have enough to secure the house.
Kainea and Ku'u's christmas wish is to move into their own home. I would like to kindly ask for any financial help that would go towards the security deposit. Kainea is a hard worker, but I know that she needs help and would be so greatful to have some weight lifted off of her shoulders.
