Make the World a Better Place
Donation protected
I’m on a mission to help others, especially at-risk youth, and I need your help.
I have dedicated my studies, my work and my volunteer efforts to inspiring these young people. I want to do more. I believe I can best serve them by influencing policy and improving the way our government processes juvenile offenders, involves parents and provides trauma-informed care (care based on the traumas the individual has faced) that could change the path these young people are currently following.
I need to finish my Ph.D. to make that happen. Even with a full-time job and loans, I’m reaching the end of my financial resources. I’m not a typical student and have taken an unconventional path to this point in my education. My experience informs my work. I haven’t always been a model citizen, but I turned my life around and I leverage that experience to lead others away from a similar path.
I’m so close to my educational goal and feel whatever investment you can make will earn the highest dividends in what I intend to do with the credentials that can help open doors and make a real impact on these young lives, and ultimately, our society.
The money raised will cover the costs of tuition, books and required seminar costs. As a 40 year-old frugal student, this is really what it’s going to take to make this happen.
I appreciate your donation to help make this world a better place to live and that you are sharing this page. I know together we can make a difference.
Thank you.
