The family of Washingto, D.C. hardcore punk rock musician Fred "Freak" Smith, seeks donations to enhance the reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever fatally stabbed him on August 8, 2017 in Las Palmas Park in San Fernando Valley, California.  Donations also to be used to keep  the story of this horrible crime in the limelight, for as long as it takes, until the murderer has been caught and the crime has been solved; this is so important.
