Justice for Nyla. If you live in smith county and have to go through court and you have Judge Randall Rogers, please be advised that he is unethical, rude, unprofessional and is unfair. Judge Randall Rogers should not be a judge and needs to be off the stand. I have a custody battle with the other party that is not even her father. Me as a mother I’m still fighting for my daughter Nyla and this judge is making it hard for me and is allowing this other man to take away my child when their is proof that he is not the father.I have done nothing wrong but protect my baby and keep her in a loving and safe environment. The abuse of power of Judge Randall Rogers has caused financial strain on me and my family. I would like to raise money so I can get her back, I will not give up and keep fighting for my daughter.
