Medical Fund for the Lewis Family

As some of you may already know, the Lewis family is fighting through Matt's recent diagnosis of cancer. Those of you who know this family know that they are the most kind, happy, and helpful people you could ever meet. I am Matt's daughter, Madison's, gymnatics coach and let me tell you, this little girl sure knows how to light up a room. Between hospital trips, chemo treatments, surgeries, and everything else that comes with this awful disease the family is beginning to struggle. This page is going 100% to Matt's medical funds to try to take even the slightest burden off of the family.
