A woman in Grandview represented herself as the owner of a rental property. Took a money order for 2000.00 signed a lease with them. On moving day she blocked them from being able to reach her keeping their money with no explanation. Or refund!!This is a young family with a 5 month old baby. This heartless thief has done this to 8 families.
