John's Kidney Fund

Hello, my name is John. I am 38 years old and have been diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). I will need to go through dialysis and eventually will have to have a kidney transplant. As you can imagine, the idea of going through something like this is difficult to say the least. The hardest part for me though is how this affects my family's quality of life. I am currently working on being listed as a transplant candidate.  The medications I will need after transplant will cost about $2000 per month.  Anyone who knows me knows that I have a very hard time asking for help.  I have a habit of wanting to do everything myself if possible.  I am coming to the realization that I can't do it all alone.  Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated.
