The Corkyard, Brewery expansion

The Corkyard is a wine and craft beer pub that was built by our family, and is run by our family, from cooking to waiting tables and hosting. We have an intimate staff of friends that help us, which we are so grateful for. When we built The Corkyard in 2012, we had 20 wines and 13 bottled beers. We have expanded to over 40 wines and 50 craft and domestic bottled beers!
We need your help. We want to bring something else to Jefferson, a brewery! What better way to show our love of beer and community!
We will need to move our kitchen, which if you have been here, you would know, we have the tiniest kitchen in Texas! No lie, we should win an award or something!
If we move our kitchen, we can expand our kitchen, then we can accommodate our loyal customers faster. Adding an attraction such as a brewery will not only help us survive the cold winter months ahead. It has been hard with all the rainy weather This year, we need to bring customers in rain or shine!
This expansion would also allow us to employ more people and bring more tourists to Jefferson. That will benefit the whole town!
As most of you know, banks don't loan self employed restaurant owners any money these days.
This is why we need your help, and support.
We want to give you something in return. For every $100 donation you will become part of The Corkyard Brew Crew. You will receive free tastings of each new batch of beer brewed, for the first year. And for each additional $100 you will receive an additional year of membership.
If you cannot donate monetarily, but have a skill that would help us in construction (since my husband will be a lone soilder on this project) please contact us, we need any help we can get.
