Support for the Jones Family

This fundraiser has been set up to help the family of Justin and Bridgett Jones.

On 2/23/19, at 10:57 p.m., Maverick Christopher Jones was a tiny miracle born into this world at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

Maverick was born at 27 weeks and weighed a small 1 lb 14 ounces and measured a tiny 14 inches long. This little guy has been a fighter ever since that moment. He is the sweetest little baby boy.


After being born, Maverick was transferred to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri so he can get the care he desperately needs right now. Maverick is currently on a "vent" helping him breath since his little lungs aren't fully developed at this time. The fight that this little guy is putting up is truly inspiring.

The page has been set up to help offset SOME of the medical expenses Justin and Bridgett will face in the coming months. Through the help of family, friends, and those with a big heart, hopefully we can help offset and minimize some of the financial costs and allow Justin and Bridgett to focus on loving and caring for their new miracle.

As it stands now, we understand that Maverick will have to stay in the hospital for at least 3 months, or until approximately his original due date of May 19, 2019. Everyone knows how much only a couple of days in the hospital will cost. Imagine a three month stay in ICU and all the tests that are sure to be done during that time.

The hospital is also 2 hours away from their family home. Travel and medical expenses are already adding up while they try and provide all the care and love that Maverick needs during this critical time.

My name is Terry James and my wife and I are close friends of the family. This page has been set up as a "team" so that several other close friends/family can help update when necessary. All money raised will be transferred to Justin and Bridgett at the end of the campaign for medical/travel expenses.
