Update: All funds recieved through this GoFundMe campaign will be deposited in the Jennifer McQueen Memorial Account held at San Diego County Credit Union. The account is administered by Amy Johnson, Jennifer's childhood best friend. All funds will be directed to the support of Jennifer's family - in particular, to her daughter, Riley.

Jennifer was on a business trip this week and yesterday started complaining of a bad headache (now those that know her know she has suffered from migraines for a long time) thankfully the co-worker she was with insisted she go to the emergency room to be sure everything was ok. Well it wasn't! A scan showed Jennifer had an aneurysm that needed to be treated -unfortunately the hospital she was at did not have capacity to treat her so she was sent in an ambulance to Sioux Falls SD about 40 miles away. During her trip the aneurysm ruptured.
Good news she was treated with endovascular coiling, in which a catheter is inserted through an artery tothe aneurysm and blood flow is blocked, which ultimately closes off the aneurysm-and knowing Jenn she will pull through and give this aneurysm a swift kick in the A@%!
Bad news-she has a long road ahead of her and she is thousands of miles away from home which leaves her and her family in a lot of financial stress. Her husband Scott of course is by her side-but not having family or friends in South Dakota he will have to be at a hotel for God knows how long. Not to mention medical expenses and everyday cost of living with no income coming in.
In setting this up it asked for a financial goal-no idea what that should be or how to put a price on any of what is needed-so all that is asked is that anything anything at all that can be given to help support one of the strongest loyal and loving friends anyone could ever ask for.
