Help Rosc Family Move Back Home!

David (Army Veteran) and Kim Rosc recently purchased a home for their family of four and at that time baby number three on the way. Shortly after the purchase everyone started to have significant, unexplained health complications.

In May, Kim started experiencing severe headaches, sinus issues, joint pain, and a racing heart. Their daughter, Alivia (3), was having seizures and their son, Chase (5), kept saying his "brain hurt" explaining a headache. At birth, their newborn son, Hunter, needed three minutes of chest compression due to respiratory distress. Kim began to speculate it could possibly be mold and moved out of the home immediately.

After a week of being removed from the home the family's symptoms started to disappear. The Rosc's health issues were confirmed by a doctor that they were mold related. The doctor directed they no longer live in this house. They now live in a rented town home and are now paying a mortgage for an uninhabitable house and the expense of renting.

The case was brought to arbitration and the Rosc's unjustly lost. As a result David and Kim are now responsible for paying for mold remediation at an estimated cost of $125,000 and the cost of renting a temporary home.

This is a great family who has remained positive throughout this terrible experience. David is an Army Veteran who served during Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2007 to 2008. Kim is a stay-at-home mother who has remained strong during this time.
