James, Jolene and Family's Xmas

James and Jolene (33) are both regular readers of Southend News Network in Harwich, Essex, and they have twin girls aged two and another daughter who is four years old. Shortly before Christmas, Jolene has suffered a severe stroke, and she has now begun the long and testing road to recovery in hospital.

We would love to try and make their Christmas as special as possible given the circumstances, and as you can imagine her close family are going through hell at the moment. Any funds raised will go towards creating the best Christmas possible for the family, any pressing financial needs in the immediate future and hopefully a sizeable donation towards the local stroke organisations who will be helping Jolene with her rehabilitation.
