Jake's Wig for Kids

My name is Jake, and about 316 days ago (as of today) I decided to let my hair grow out to see how long it could get.  After a month or two, I was debating cutting it, and decided I'd try to make it long enough to donate.  I also made an agreement with my mom that every day I let my hair grow, she'd donate $1 towards the charity of my choice.  I chose to try to sponsor a child using the Wigs For Kids Organization.  Wigs For Kids is a hair replacement organization for kids who have lost hair due to cancer, burn injuries, or other medical conditions.  I am very lucky to have a full head of hair, and my goal of $1,800 would allow me to sponsor a child completely, through the entire hair replacement process.  For my half of the agreement, I vow to keep my hair growing for 1 month for every $300 raised. Please help me raise enough to sponsor a well deserving child in need of hair!
