Jacob Tracey Funeral Costs

Jacob was a very special little man who suffered from beckwith-wiedemann syndrome. He was a beautiful little man who fought his way through life for 4 and a half years. Unfortunately on the 22nd of April Jacob lost his life in one last battle. His smile and laugh will forever be missed. His mam, Nora, dad, Tom and brothers Scott, Joshua and Junior, and his sister Jessica are heartbroken. As a kind gesture to help the family and to make sure they do not suffer financially with this loss, I was asked to set up this page by a number of people. Every donate is extremely appreciated and any money left over will go to Temple Street hospital who became Jacobs second family. Thank you to everyone for their kind words and support.
