After two years of being banned from the United States, and being provided no answers by the Embassy despite elected Members of Congress and Parliament requesting information, I've decided to take the matter to the federal court in the United States.
Following fake tips to the FBI by Antifa, my tourist visa to the USA was rejected 'pending administrative processing' that should take no longer than 60 days. It has been two years. In the meantime, I have been unable to meet my American fiancé's family, including her young sister who is battling cancer. The Embassy refuse to provide any information about why I am banned from the US, and after consulting a lawyer, it appears that the fake tips to the FBI have worked.
The most likely situation, at this point, is that this coordinated campaign to smear me as a 'terrorist' has worked. Despite being CLEARED by the FBI, I am stuck in the system and am still unable to start my life with my partner in her home country.
I am, without question, being targeted for being a vocal conservative - and because I'm not hugely famous, I'm an easier target.

I appreciate any support you might want to give, whether it's chipping in to this legal fund or sharing this video. I never wanted to take this story so public, but after two years of hell I feel like I need to take some action.
I have consulted an American attorney who has previously worked with the falsely accused, and innocent people who have previously found themselves on terrorist watch lists. We are examining avenues to resolve this problem through the federal courts.
I'm hoping to raise up to £10,000 to cover those costs, and I will be providing regular updates on the case as it progresses. This isn't just important for me, but could potentially also stop others from experiencing the same problem as a result of Antifa hate campaigns.
