Basically, this is  a David vs Goliath battle.

I rarely ask for  help or assistance, especially when it's  concerning my personal life , but more importantly my Livelihood. But I'm up against a man who by virtue has obtained a limitless cash flow given to him by our Police Services Board. Our Police Services Board has decided to give him free reign to unleash his Subordinates upon me.  

The system is rigged so that those in power have unlimited resources to investigate and prosecute those that they see fit. They pick and choose who they want prosecuted. They typically choose those who oppose them. Those who are a Threat to their Unethical Means. They have No Moral Compass. No Integrity, even though these are traits that should be essential in Policing, especially when you are leading an Organization such as a Police Service.

These are your tax dollars being spent to investigate and prosecute me.  You may want to enquire as to how much money is being spent on this Investigation and Prosecution alone.

My guess would be close to $500000.00

Let that sink in for a moment.... don't just question the amount but the why??? 

These resources should be spent on the Rising Crime in our Community as stated by Statistic Canada.

Maybe it should be spent on protecting the public in a more efficient manner.

But what do I know, I'm just an Officer who only had 7 years on the job when I solved a Murder by obtaining a Confession, which resulted in a Conviction.   

All for exercising my right as a Canadian Citizen to criticize the Greater Sudbury Police Services Board for spending my Tax Money without careful consideration. I have been given that right since my Birth. I have the Right to Free Speech. My expression of Free Speech didn't impede on anyone else's Rights.

Just because I became a Peace Officer in this Province, doesn't mean that I gave up on all of my Rights. I took an Oath and I stood by it and continue to do so, but with all of the Inflated Raises handed out to certain individuals, I didn't hesitate at all. What’s even more troubling is that not one member from the Greater Sudbury Police Services Board has informed the public as to their justification of these raises. Not one City Counsellor has informed the taxpayers to the reasoning.

I find it to be a huge Conflict of Interest that my Chief of Police got to choose the Hearing Officer and the Prosecutors in my matter, due to the fact that I currently have several complaints against him, the Deputy Chief, the Superintendent ( Co-Prosecutor in my matter) and three Inspectors. 

The Chief refuses to have the Ontario Provincial Police investigate my complaints, as it would definitely result in Misconduct charges to most directly involved. This would open himself up and the Police Service to Liability Issues.

The Executive of my Police Association has recommended that the Ontario Provincial Police investigate my complaints in a July 06/2018 Letter to the Chief of Police.

A fourth Inspector was already found to have committed Misconduct in my initial complaint submitted to the Chief's Office on November 23/ 2017. This matter was investigated by the Ontario Provincial Police in January 2018.
The Allegation brought forward to the Chief’s attention was concerning the fact that this Inspector purposely and wilfully neglected to forward evidence to the Crown Attorney’s Office in a serious criminal matter before the Courts. The same illegally obtained evidence was further used to obtain Warrants by swearing to a Superior Court Judge that the Information provided to him or her was accurate and truthful. The Information provided was not truthful or accurate.

The investigation by the Ontario Provincial Police revealed that the named Inspector was found to have conducted Misconduct concerning the details submitted in my complaint. I asked Superintendent Sheilah Weber what type of Penalty was imposed on the said Inspector but refused to provide me with that answer.   

I have since learned that the Penalty imposed was a 60 hour fine. Think about that.
The Chief decided to go through an Informal Process so that he could hide this matter from the Public . A high ranking member of his Executive Team withholding Evidence from the Crown’s Office that would have not only provided Full, Fair and Frank Disclosure to both accused parties in the matter at hand.
This goes against a Supreme Court of Canada ruling from 1991 - Regina vs Stinchcomb.
This is how your Police Service is being managed.


I suspect that the Chief of Police is attempting to intimidate me with this classic Gestapo technique against me. It has failed, as I am now more determined to move forward in pressing for the Ontario Provincial Police to investigate my complaint against the Chief of Police and members from his Executive Team.


There's more to this story than what was said in that Hearing on Friday September 21/2018.

I suspect that they will now try to discredit me in the next several weeks in an attempt to sway Public Opinion.

Update:

I want to point out a few facts so that you can make your opinion in my situation.

On April 24/2018, I served the Chief of Police a complaint which clearly indicated that either he was acting in a manner described as a Corrupt Practice or that his Subordinates were doing so, thus shielding him from any Liability.

On May 18/2018 , the Chief of Police Suspended me.

On October 18/2018 they served me a Notice of Hearing which had 11 Police Act Charges.

They have even charged me with several other Police Act Charges for creating this Go Fund Me Page , which I haven’t shared Publicly.

You should also be aware that when my Decision was handed down, that the Chief of Police sent out his Media Release concerning my Conviction for the Facebook Posts,  that he sent his Media Release to 39 Non-Media Accredited Persons and to two Non-Profit Organizations.
His intent on sending this Media Release to Managers from E.M.S. , the Fire Department and City Employees is quite clear.
I find it appalling that he even sent this Release to two employees at Cambrian College.
He even sent it to two different Crime Stoppers email addresses. My matter wasn't not a Criminal Offence, so why send it to Crime Stoppers?  

I haven’t even touched or mentioned what is contained in my Complaint. But as you can tell, the Chief and his Subordinates have acted in a manner consistent with those who are attempting to intimidate not only me, but others who dare to come forward with complaints of unethical or and possibly criminally behaviour..
