Help us get to Finland

I have 5 days to raise $12,000.  With $12,000, my son (Sage) and I (Kevin) can be financially secure for one academic year in Helsinki, Finland.  Without it, I will have to decline my offer to attend Masters Studies in Atmospheric Science at the University of Helsinki.

Finland is rated #6 on the PressCave list of the top 10 countries in the world to live in.  The Times Higher Education  puts the University of Helsinki at #103 on their list of the top 400 Universities on Earth.  The Guardian  rates the Finnish child education system at #2.  Based on these stats, it shouldn't be surprising that we want to go.

But we need help.  I've heard countless GoFundMe success stories.  If we become one of them, words will fail to express our gratitude.  This opportunity is impossible to pass up without trying everything we can to make it happen.

Possibly the most important way to help us is to share this page.  Many people who have no dollars to spare, but I'm guessing there are at least 12,000 people who can and want to contribute.  We're out to reach those folks, but we can't do it without some shares.
