Isaac's Eagle Scout Project

Hello,

My name is Isaac Tran and I'm a Boy Scout in Troop 203 from Oakland, aspiring to be an Eagle Scout. To achieve the Eagle rank, I'm doing a project in the Joaquin Miller Park Nursery in partnership with the The Friends of Sausal Creek. 

My project involves placing outdoor steps up a hillside. These stairs will give dedicated volunteers and visitors safe access to seed, plant, and hike to the top where there's a beautiful view of the bay area. 

Your contributions will be used for purchasing the wood, rebar and rock; 75 feet of 4"x10" pressure treated lumber,  100 feet of 1/2 inch rebar, 2 cubic yards of 3/4" crushed drain rock, AB-3 crushed rock and a weed mat.

Circular saw
Drill and drill bit; 1/2 and 3/8 inch
Heavy Duty Rebar Plier
Sledge Hammer
Level
Garden Cutters
Pick Axes (2) 
Wheel Barrow (2) 
5 Gallon Buckets (2) 
Hand Shovels (2)
