As most of you already know, we submitted SEC letter for the support of SEC and waiting for their answer. Jan/26 will be the Reorganization Plan's hearing , where SunEdison will show the distribution plan for creditors and shareholders.
Its critical for us to be fairly represented in court. We deserve and need the OEC approved.
After 9 months strugling in this BK process , we haven't lost faith and hope.
On the contrary, we believe in SUNE 's solvency , based on facts, and we are ready to resubmit again for OEC.
We are in the process of collecting new fund of $5800 for the motion to resubmit the OEC request. Please assist us in fulfilling our target fund by 12/31/2016.

We have had a terrific response to our Share Count and Details request, which shows that each of us can play a part in influencing the outcome in our favor.
Now, it’s time to open the spigot of our GoFundMe campaign to help cover our administrative costs and professional fees to be incurred.
We expect to need around $8,000 for the next few weeks, which may not seem like much money, among so many people. However, please keep in mind that there are many members of our group who may be simply curious bystanders, or students, or retirees who have lost virtually everything, and simply can’t take food from their mouths for this. So if you contemplate sending what might seem to others like an “overweight" amount, consider that this type of goodwill just might be what the Trust needs to further its cause.
So please, if you feel you can contribute towards the effort, for yourself and for others who are less able, thanks for contributing what you like and feel is worthwhile for the benefit you're receiving!
