Invest in Inmates - Summer 2018

My husband and I volunteer at a correctional facility near Bordentown, NJ by hosting a small leadership group for incarcerated men (ages 18-30). These young men are actively involved (many serve as leaders) in the prison's chapel programs. Our small group meets weekly to discuss various faith topics and develop our leadership skills, from a Christian perspective. 

We welcome your prayers and financial support! We have an ambitious reading schedule from May - August and plan to provide each participant with 3 books:

1) "The Circle Maker" by Mark Batterson
2) "Everybody Always" by Bob Goff
3) "Listening & Caring Skills" by John Savage

Please pray for the Holy Spirit to guide our discussions over the next few months and for each participant to feel God's love and grace through this group.

Your financial support will help us purchase  books and supplies (leader guides, DVDs, notebooks) for 20 participants!
