Welcome to the Indian Creek Schoolhouse Project Go Fund Me Campaign. The Indian Creek Schoolhouse or ICS was established in 1921 in the town of Lorain, Wisconsin. It was a school till the later sixties and then has had several owners and businesses in it since. My wife Laura and I purchased ICS in 2012. When we purchased it the building it was in rough shape. We rented dumpsters, skid steers, hired friends, demolished additions to reset the building to a place that we could start to repair it properly. We have done all the work so far with no financing or banks. It has been hard work but a rewarding type of work.
Now we are at a place with the project where we want to see if we can get friends, family, and the community involved with the schoolhouse repair. To help us do that we are opeing this GoFundMe Campaign and we have opened a FB Page to share current events on the repair process.

The funds of this campaign will be used to repair the schoolhouse to its fully functional condition and restore the physical image of the building. We hope that you want to be part of this Indian Creek Schoolhouse Project and help maintain this piece of local Wisconsin history.
Our family appreciates all your interest in ICS and we will and have worked tirelessly to put every donation to its maximum use towards the project. We are trying to get the building repaired as soon as possible. Once we reach a reasonable goal amount we will draw the funds and post videos, pictures, and posts of the work being done
