Impacts of the government shutdown

Hello, I am a legal immigrant who came to the US  for better future.  I am a furloughed government contractor employee. Also, I am a student ,and I am enrolled in a four year degree program(Computer sciences and Cyber security). I pay for my studies and books out of pocket; I am not able to afford paying the school fees any longer because of the current shutdown. Since the government shutdown is still going on, I have  not be able to pay rent, my car note, my car insurance, my phone bills. My health insurance was terminated because I failed to pay the first premium bill. Even after the shutdown, I am still going to be affected 'cause of the late or non- payment of some bills and the  stress that it will drive me into. Please help me,I am really in needs...Thanks in advance and may God bless you all....
