Hi my names Nakita and I’m writing this on behalf of Imogen my beautiful niece.

I am 2 and 1/2 year’s old. I will be 3 in September just before my family take part in the Tough Mudder in West Sussex on the 22nd of September to raise money for Children with Cancer UK. I have recently been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. My journey has only just started and is expected to go on for around 2 and 1/2 year’s but I have my Chemo Ducky to help me through.

I’m expected to start loosing my hair so my daddy will be shaving his head to be like me. My daddy, two aunties Shanice & Nakita along with Jermaine & Ellena will be doing the Tough Mudder as my favourite show is Peppa Pig and she loves splashing in muddy puddles too.

The charity I have chosen is Children with Cancer UK to help other children just like me on their journey to recovery.

So please let’s all come together and raise money for this charity that’s close to my heart and my family’s.

Thank you all so much for your support!
Love Imogen, X x

Hi everyone just a quick update,

So we have got some more fundraising events coming up starting with a Dragon boat race at Bewl water on the 8/9/18, which consists of 3 heat races and the quickest time gets taken to the final (obviously we will be in the final) it’s an all day event so anyone that wants to attend can. There are 20 family and friends taking part and all looking to raise £100 individually.

On the 22/09/18 we have our tough mudder coming up as well, again anyone is welcome to come and watch our start time will not be confirmed until 2 days before so I will update as soon as I know.

Then on the 15/08/19 we have a Charity football match at Larkfield and New Hythe football ground which has been organised by Imogen’s dad and a good friend of his Remi Beadle.

But back to Imogen she’s doing so well and being so so brave. Her latest Lumber Puncture came back all clear which is amazing! Also there’s a new addition to the Montague’s. Imogen has a new little doggy friend called Bella which she absolutely loves.

I will keep everyone updated but thank you for your kind donations so far! Xx

Thank you so much for you donations so far!

Just an update on Imogen she’s doing so well and now she’s even doing potty training. She’s has responded so well to her early treatment and is now off her steroids! The weekly visits to Royal Marsden for her Chemo, Bone Marrow samples and Lumbar Puncture have now reduced to monthly which is amazing. Unfortunately her hair has started to fall out now but more will with some more phases of treatment.

Her dad Phillip has now gone completely bald along with some of his close friends to raise even more money, so thank you. But we do have even more fundraising events scheduled which I will keep you updated with when I have exact times/dates.

We are all so overwhelmed with all your love & support and can’t thank each one of you enough!

Again thank you so so much on behalf of Imogen x x x

How it Works
  1. You are donating to PayPal Giving Fund UK, a registered charity (No. 1110538), which will email you a receipt for your donation and claim Gift Aid where eligible.
  2. GoFundMe’s platform is free. The charity will typically receive the funds from PayPal Giving Fund within 15-45 days of your donation if the charity has enrolled (or 90 days if the charity has not yet enrolled). Unlike other platforms, 100% of any Gift Aid will go to the charity as well.
* In very limited cases, a recommended charity may cease to meet PayPal Giving Fund's legal or other eligibility requirements. In such cases, PayPal Giving Fund will reassign the funds to a similar charity, and (wherever possible) seek a new recommendation from donors.
