Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to support the LGBTQ community newspaper San Francisco Bay Times.
Throughout the U.S., LGBTQ communities are supporting their newspapers because they know the key role LGBTQ press plays in the lives of local community members.
Since 1978, the San Francisco Bay Times has been a resource for the Bay Area's LGBTQ community, bringing civic and political information along with news on health and wellness, business and financial, food and beverage, arts and entertainment, sports, pets and even more. Plus, we serve as media sponsor for key LGBTQ nonprofits and the important services they provide.
For those of us who create each issue of the San Francisco Bay Times, it is a labor of love and we are proud to be continuing this historic newspaper now in our 10th year. It is hard work, but we love keeping this LGBTQ community treasure going for you with a quality of design, content and photography you can be proud to have in your living room or office. We stand on the shoulders of those who founded the paper and those who contributed and published it for 30 years before the current team. We tip our hat to them every day.
The impact of COVID-19 has been difficult for the San Francisco Bay Times, as it has for so many small businesses. We are scraping and tinkering with our operation to make sure everything is efficient and tidy. The paper continues as does our online SF BAY TIMES website , Castro Street Cam , e-blast system, and our very popular Social Media. Please "like" us on Facebook .
