I can't do this : hospital bill

Hello, I'm Andy.
A month ago, I had a bill due last month that $270, but couldn't pay it off because of late fees with electric and internet bill ($60 and $117); as well as the rent coming up due, which is $685 every month.
I don't have a job nor a car, I work as a part time streamer and full-time commission artist, taking 15-20 commissions all the time without any rest; but it's okay I love to draw and I work very hard to meet the expectations.
At this point I can't pay this hospital bill at all, or else I won't have any money left to pay for food, rent, nor the other bills.
My family refuses to help me and boyfriend doesn't have a job either, so I'm stuck supporting myself.
I feel embarrassed asking for help in this manner, but I don't have anybody else to turn to nor any options.
I'd be very grateful if you help and take this load off my back, because my stress is too much and it's getting unhealthy for me.
