I am in desperate need Of help

Hello my friends, i am truly desperate and humble to even ask for a helping hand, i have had worst luck my car broke down and now my caregiver can't get me to my doctor opintments or therapy so I can't get it fixed, By time I get my disability check pay rent bills food and meds, i am broke for the rest of mouth. The wheel bearings went out and serpentine belt came off as well as one of the pulley so i am desperate for anything you can help me, i am truly sorry to even ask please forgive me, I thank you, Blessed BE & God Bless
