Wheelchair accessible car

I'm trying to raise money to buy a wheelchair accessible car for my son who is 8 it's becoming impossible to lift him in and out of our car and way to expensive to buy one right out or to even get finance as we are frowned upon because we are both carers . Just need a little help in our lives right now struggling family with two kids with special needs . We have always bought cheap cars but  have to change it every year as they don't  last long . It's now a real struggle as Alex can't walk talk and sometimes we have to rush to hospital and lifting is such a problem . We would appreciate anything at all . I hate the thought of asking for help but I'm at my lowest now and can't see a way forward on this . Thanks .
