three years ago my family was murder in a home invasion up north moved to Osceola County fl bought a mobile home to get a fresh start on my life hurricane matthew tore  my roof off i applied for fema application was denied OSCEOLA COUNTY wasn't a declared a disater area redcross would not help i have tried churches and other places no help i have lost so much to water damage
