Hudson & Teagan NICU Journey

Donation protected
This page has been started by friends and family that want to support and be there for Ian and Ally. Anyone who has been through the NICU with their child can feel for the journey these new parents are about to embark. Hudson and Teagan are considered micro preemies and will have to endure blood transfusions, ventilators, chest tubes, x-rays, ultrasounds, possible surgeries and so much more. These sweet miracles are at the Swedish First Hill Hospital in Seattle, where they will fight for their lives for the next 4 months or longer. This go fund me is for basic day to day bills, cost of meals, commuting to and from Seattle, Ally being unable to work regularly and Ian not having all his vacation/sick days. There will be bills for two NICU patients now, and with so much weighing on Ian and Ally emotionally, the stress of unpaid bills and extreme debt shouldn’t have to add to it. Every little bit helps. Sharing this post and especially all the prayers are so much appreciated.

Here is what Ian has updated everyone on: “So I’m writing this post to notify everyone about how our Monday July 29th went: Started off the morning with ally waking up to some cramping and discomfort, I headed off to work in Everett and about the time I got to work at 6:30 i received a call from ally saying that she was going to skagit hospital to be seen. I left work and met ally and her mom as they were heading into the hospital. Over the next few hours there were many test done making sure our two babies were doing good and stable. Ally was given meds to subside the contractions. Once the ultrasound tech came in, and collected all of the measurements of the babies the last thing to do was grab a measurement of the cervix. What they found was no cervix meaning that ally was fully dialated at 25 weeks. Over the next few hours ally was transferred down to Swedish first hill in Seattle. Once ally arrived in Seattle another ultrasound was underway with a doctor standing over there shoulder checking everything out. The doctor decided to do a visual check of ally’s cervix by hand and decided there was no way to hold the babies off, and that an emergency c section was in place in order to get the babies out and safe. So ally and I are now happy parents to a baby boy named Hudson John Patrick Wilson (baby a) And a baby girl named Teagan Joy Wilson (baby b).Hudson was 2.1 pounds and 13 inches long Teagan was 1.8 pounds and 12 inches long This has definitely been a shock to us both to have two little ones this early on, but they are in the best hands possible down here at swedish. Now we are just praying for growth and strength for these next few months that our babies will be staying in the nicu down here.”

Thank you for any share, like or donation. Let’s continue to pray for Hudson & Teagan. Let’s pray that they will continue to grow and go home as healthy as can be with their amazingly strong parents.
