International Human Right Committee

I, Humphrey  H. Pachecker, in my capacity as General Commissioner to my first administration, I invite you to fund us to form a committee under the International Human Rights Commission for Judicial and Police Inquires. See detailed information: http://nafalaw.com/blog/?p=1800

This go fund me is under the request and supervision of NAFA GROUP, CO., a subsidiary of UNPAM, People’s University of the Americas [Universidad de los Pueblos de las Americas.] EIN IRS #:66- ****887 a non profit organization for educational homologation: http://universidadunpam.org/.

All funds will be used for the creation of the Committee of the International Human Rights for Judicial and Police Inquires.

This new committee of the office- General Commissioner of Administration, we will investigate in the following sectors:

1- The international human rights sector;

2- The sector of the environment, real estate and development;

3- The local government sector;

4- The financial and social insurance sector;

5- The education and labor relations sectors;

6- Health, social protection and relations between the State and the citizen sector.

The Office of the Ombudsman as a senior official independent of the state but in close harmony with the IHRCJP Commission of the AICAC Court will follow the regulations of the International Human Rights Commission for Judicial and Police Inquires of the AICAC (IHRCJPI). These regulations are:

1. General condition.

2. Mission.

3. Strategic objectives.

4. Competition

5. Organization and management.

6. Membership.

8. Final provisions.

The main objectives of the mission of the Administration and Human Rights Committee will be to guarantee legality, promote good governance, combat mismanagement and protect the rights of citizens and human rights in general, functioning as lawyers of legality, maintaining the same distances between the citizen and the administration and defining the limits of their powers and powers when adhering to the law, state institutions and AICAC.
