Ji Wallace KokodaPlus

This June I am leading an inspirational trek to Kokoda. The theme is ‘You Are Stronger Than You Think’. I am incredibly thankful that I am being so well supported by HIV Foundation QLD however this is not just a HIV trek, this is a trek to level the playing field and to show the world that no matter your struggle, no matter your ailment, no matter where you come from or what ever you have been handed in life: it does not define you. Stand tall on your character, your generosity, your compassion and your word and never underestimate the power of yourself. When you work hard, sacrifice much and forge ahead towards your future, you will find there is no limit to your ability.

To trek Kokoda is almost an Australian’s right of passage and provides a life long story of resilience, empowerment, and accomplishment knowing that you really are stronger than you think.

This is a teach to fish, not give a fish, inspirational expedition so funds are needed to be raised to participate. I think stories like mine resonante throughout the world and I thought I would give the world the opportunnity to  dontate to the trek and take a piece of this inspiration for themselves. When empowered, the sky is the limit.

I am not usually good at these 'fund me' moments but my fellow trekkers need funds too so I am leading by example and asking the world to help so they feel they can ask for help too.

I hope to smash my funding goal and use extra funds to assist others in their fundraising targets so ghead, donate now.
