SUPPORT LEGAL IMMIGRATION. Foreign ballroom dancers have catapulted the ballroom industry in recent years. If ballroom dancers applying for visas legally are being overly scrutinized and denied visas, the beauty of ballroom dancing will suffer, and shrink. The business of dancing and careers associated will cease to exist. Please help support legal immigration of foreign nationals with extraordinary abilities and skills to offer that aren't found on a large scale in America.
The money will be used for legal fees to save this one dancer. As well as to challenge the legal language in certain types of visas applied for by dancers. If there is a court ruling on specific language future petitions should in theory be easier to understand and apply for.
I am passionate about this first for my profession as a dancer, I know that foreign dancers have brought SO much to my industry. Second for all immigrants struggling to do things the RIGHT way.
