Valeria heter jag och jag är en (nästan) 25-årig kristen som älskar Jesus och vill tjäna Gud och min nästa. Jag har just blivit accepterad för en voluntärresa till Rumänien via HOPE Worldwide där jag kommer hjälpa till på ett barnhem och tjäna de föräldralösa barnen. I samarbete med andra voluntärer kommer vi lära dem engelska, spela interaktiva spel, sjunga sånger och dansa, ha sport aktiviteter, hjälpa dem att utveckla deras sociala och kommunikativa kunskaper och även hjälpa till i barnhemmet med målning, reparering och rening. Det är en stor ära för mig att kunna åka till Rumänien och tjäna barnen där och få vara en del av detta voluntärprojekt. Det har alltid varit en dröm för mig att kunna hjälpa till på ett barnhem och ditt bidrag kommer inte tjäna mig, utan barnen. Ditt stöd skulle betyda att jag får åka dit och tjäna Jesus genom att älska de på barnhemmet. Jag har just fått besked om att jag får åka på denna voluntärresa och jag måste ha pengarna samlade in vid den 15:e Maj, vilket är i mindre än en vecka. Därför är den här insamlingskampanjen brådskande och jag har ont om tid att kunna samla in pengarna. Det spelar ingen roll om det är 10 kronor eller 100 kronor som du kan bidra med, jag är tacksam för all hjälp. Att kunna åka på den här voluntärresan skulle vara livsförvandlande för mig och jag vet att det är en upplevelse att jag kommer aldrig glömma för resten av mitt liv. My name is Valeria and I am an (almost) 25-year-old Christian who loves Jesus and wants to love and serve God and my neighbour! I have just been accepted to participate in a HOPE Worldwide Volunteer Corps trip to Romania where I will be serving at an orphanage and serving the children there. Along with the other volunteers we will be teaching them English, playing interactive games, teaching songs and dance, doing sport activities, helping them to improve their social and communication skills as well as helping around the orphanage with painting, repairing and cleaning. It is a great honor for me to be able to travel to Romania and serve the children there and to be part of this volunteer corps. It has always been a dream of mine to be able to help at an orphanage. Your contribution isn't going to benefit me, its going towards the children at this orphanage. Your support would mean that I would be able to travel to Romania and serve Jesus through loving the kids at this orphanage. I have just received the news that I was accepted to this volunteer corps and the fee for this trip must be paid by the 15th of May, which is in less than a week. That is why this fundraiser is pressing and I don't have very much time to raise the money that is needed for this trip. Regardless of if it's one dollar or ten that you can contribute with, any amount that you can donate is greatly appreciated. To have the chance to go on this volunteer corps would be nothing short of life-changing and it is an experience that I will have with me for the rest of my life.
