HOME STRETCH

Greetings to All. My name is Steven D Mairano and I am the writer of HOME STRETCH. As an actor /writer in South Florida it is no secret that Acting is not the career most parents would encourage their children to be in if you want to make a decent living. But because we are all born with different genes it is pretty much out of our control. I was born to write and act. It is in my DNA to move people emotionally. Laughing, Crying, it doesn't matter as long as they can escape for a little while. We as creators have an obligation to relieve the pressures of every day anxiety with our work. And some of you who have prospered in other fields are welcome to enjoy it also. For us it is not about the money. It is about our calling. But for us to keep creating we need your support. That is why we are asking you to donate to our film. It will make people laugh, and not just for 90 minutes. They will laugh every time they see it or think about it while they drive to work in their cars. We as a civilization owe this to each other. So I ask you to give not only for the making of this film but for being part of the reason we are the greatest civilization in history. As my Dad always told me. You can not always take from the Well without putting some back in for others to enjoy.
