Longdale Elementary playground fund

I am one of a couple of students who previously had the campaign up and running for the SkillsUSA competition. After losing, we decided to raise the money  - or as much as we can - to help out this school. We thought it would still be a great idea to help out the school. The only change to this project is that it is no longer a school related event, Lowes event, or SkillsUSA event. This is being done completely by the students on their own time. We will be fundraising, trying to get donations, and spreading awarness of this project. We want to give back to the community by updating a playground for a local elementary school whose playground is outdated. We plan to build a playground that includes the needs of not only their general student population but also the exceptional education student population. We want to give all students the ability to learn from each other (team building, diversity awareness, ect), to have fun while participating in physical activity, and to feel safe in an inclusive educational environment. We hope to get the funds by at least the end of May before we graduate! It means a lot to us because it is kind of like our parting gift. As seniors it our last time before we go off into the world to make any memorable memory. Thank you so much for checking out our gofundme!
