Christmas for family in need

Looking for help folks. I'm going to tell you the story in hopes it touches others hearts the way it has ours. My son has a friend who's mother (single parent) has been battling cancer and therefore she is unable to work. They have been sharing an apartment with his Grandmother who was supporting them during his mother's chemo treatments. Well grandma had a stroke... Uhhg. This 16 year old boy has been missing a ton of school so he can work at a fast food joint to support his family. My heart is breaking. I know this family and are wonderful people going through hell right now. Adam and I have decided to not exchange gifts this year and instead we will be giving them a blessed Christmas. I just wish everyone knew them and knew what was going on but they are so quiet about it and would never seek help but need it so very badly.
