We are both disabled, have worked hard all of our lives, and at this point, all of our systems, have failed us. (Medicine, Law, and Government)
Many folks could not imagine, a nightmare like this, Neither did we. We are still in shock at what they have done. It is written better than we could explain here

We had planned, on being near our retirement, by now, and have worked very hard 12- 20 Hours a day 6-7 Days a week for over 30 years, rarely taking any time for our personal lives, and leisure.
Instead of "retiring", we are looking at living out our final days, sick, in bankruptcy, and perhaps homeless, if this mission/campaign does not come through. We Trust you will help!
We have always trusted, and served our community. We had never dreamed of "it" breaking the law, and attacking us personally, and destroying our: businesses, peace of mind, marriage, finances and lives. They have done it without any regret or conscience.
It was not bad enough, to lose almost every single item we had in our store, to a massive flood in July 2017. This corrupt City, decided to make matters worse, rather than assist Good Local Citizens.
It sounds so sanitized: " Their Civil Rights have been violated". That is, until one actually expereinces "it" personally.
We have always been proud hard-working people, raised by our parents to believe " You never took any charity, and you always made your own way in this world. (work)" We Trusted Our Officials, and Authorities, Feared & Loved God, Defended Our Country and Constitution, and Believed in Justice!
All That has been taken from us, along with any means to make a living.
Our Marriage has survived all of this Abuse, so far, but We are utterly Destroyed as Living Human beings. It is difficult to feel and epress Love, when each of us is paralyzed with Fear!
A Lawyer tells us " We will Win, in a Lawsuit". Really? Win? There is nothing to win, and no manner to restore our lives and minds. Never mind Our Businesses, Church, which They attacked and Closed ( Universal Life Church Fairmont) No amount they could be forced to pay, would ever amend the damage they have done. They are Criminals, and should be dealt with in that manner.
These funds will allow us to get moving again, and possibly, fight those " evil" influences, which have attacked us, and so many others.
We hope that we can stop it/them from harming any other person.
Funds will be used to make a new start, away from this corrupt City. $5,000.00 Plus the few hundred we have on hand, should cover the: Lease, Deposit, Utilities deposit, move, and rental truck.
We need the funds immediately. We have to leave our Home (City), and Fast! The Lawyer we had stated quite clearly: " They will not stop" and when we asked: "Should we fear being shot?" His response was: " Yes You should fear them. So we have drawn the shades and remained mostly locked in our house.
We have tried, to sell off everything we own, and had to let our vehicles be repossesed, and shortly the home will be foreclosed.
Trust, that This support would mean all the world to us both. We would rededicate ourselves to the Mission of Justice for others, and Helping others, as we have always done.
It is humbling to be the ones asking for help rather than being the ones providing that assistance. We just do not know how to ask for help!

If You know of a any other victim of Civil Rights Violations, Please have them get ahold of us, We Can Help them. Many good people will try to empathize, or sympathize, with the Victim.
That is a Great Thing! However, Unless a person has been through it, They really cannot understand ALL of the Pain and Loss That Victim is experiencing.
I, personally, seemed, to others, to be functioning.. almost normally, and, at times exceptionally, However, I suffer from PTSD, from all of this abuse.
Dear Lord, Please help all of those soldiers, and others, who go through this terror themselves. It is a Living Hell, where you wish for Death- All Day and Every day.
We will be eternally Grateful for, any level, of this support you can aford. Though, we cannot repay it directly.. You will see we will Pay It Forward to others.
We already "are", through our joining an Organization to Help Addicts and Alcoholics find Permanent Recovery named " The Recovery Company" and their Marion County WV-Based "24/7 House". You can join and support that great work on here, and/or as an "Advisory Board Member" of those Organizations!!
