Imagine... You are 32 years old, married, have 2 beautiful girls and dear friends. Life is pretty wonderful. Then, the news no one ever wants to hear...

"I'm sorry, you have cancer."

Nadsy is a young mum, who until May this year was just enjoying life with her family and friends. Then her world was turned upside down. She was diagnosed with Stage IV bowel cancer. Surgery removed the cancer from her bowel but the lesions in her liver could not be removed. She started chemo shortly afterwards, but after 4 rounds she ended up in hospital for 19 days with tonsillitis, influenza and a low neutrophil count. During this time she wasn't able to hug her girls, go outside or lead any kind of normal life due to the risk of being infected with viruses or bacteria. While she was in hospital, her doctor ordered a CT scan, and it was found that the chemo was not working. The cancer has gotten worse in her liver and a couple of lesions were discovered on her lungs. Nadsy has now made the brave decision to not continue treatment at this time and to fight the cancer through natural methods whilst living her life to the fullest with her loved ones and friends. 

Her friends have set up this page to help raise some money to make sure that she can enjoy this time as much as possible, through outings with the kids or maybe even a holiday. Money can't fix everything, but it can certainly help ease the strain on a family going through a situation like this.
