Helping my girls have a decent xmas/save my home

Hi everyone,first of all I have never done anything like this before and I am devasted I am having to do this but it is my last resort. If it works thank you if it doesn't at least I tried.my name is Claire and I am married to Simon and have 3 beautiful children and a beautiful granddaughter who is 10 months old (pictured).
I will try and make a long story short me and my husband got married on 2/9/2000 my son is 21 my daughter is 19 and my youngest is 15. Happily married and an average life when on 10th Dec 2012 our lives got turned upside down big time. At the age of 39 and 9 days after his bday my husband had a massive bleed on the brain which led to a high stroke. He doctors didn't think he would make it thankfully he did but it left him physically and mentally disabled. It changed him completely he wasn't my husband anymore and he was the children's father anymore. We eventually got back to a different life we had known. It has been a long long road since 2012 but we are still here,we almost wernt a few times but we have kept fighting. I used to have a job as a carer but had to give up as I couldn't spread myself between the job which I loved and my family as it was very hard for the girls to be left with their dad they way he was so I had to leave my job. Since the stroke we have struggled for money and the problems with the mortgage started a year later. I applied for the new SMI mortgage help in june this year,his still has not been sorted and they lost the first set of forms so have had to send new ones off to start the process yet again!!!! We are now in 2018 and it has finally caught up with us. We are being evicted in just over 24 hours and the only way I can stop it is by paying the arrears off which I know is nigh on impossible in doing this in just over 24 hours. If I can't raised the money for the arrears I would love to use the money instead to help my girls and granddaughter who all live with me have a good Xmas. They will be in a strange house in a new place and won't be near any of their friends which I am dreading. My oldest daughter has also started college so i look after my beautiful grandaughter ayla-rose full time so emily can fulfill her dreams .I wish I could change the past and do things different and I don't know what the future holds for us as a family but I am just trying to make things a little easier for my family at what is going to be an horrendous time. I'm sorry if people think this is a begging campaign and maybe it is but I am desperate . Thank you for reading and I apologise if people do not agree with what I am doing but I have to try.
