Helping Mariko - Grenfell survivor

（日本語訳下にあります）I and a group of friends have set up this fund raising campaign to help my friend Mariko Lewis Toyoshima who lived on the 3rd floor of the Grenfell Tower in North Kensington.
Mariko and I became friends because her youngest son is in Reception class with my daughter at primary school, and we are both Japanese.
Thankfully she survived the fire and following a harrowing escape with her three young children (aged 9, 7 and 5) she and her family have nowhere to live and have lost all their clothes, furniture and all their other possession.
Like all the survivors of this devastating fire Mariko is left with nothing and we and the whole community are trying to offer as much help as we can. In addition to all the other problems, Mariko is a wheelchair user and her motorised wheelchair was destroyed in the fire leading to a loss of independence and making it very hard for her to cope. To compound matters, all her children have health issues and food allergies.
This fund will help her and her family to buy clothes, bedding, furniture, food for her children's special diets, and any other necessities to help them get back on their feet.

真理子さんの５歳の子供と私の娘が同じ学校に通っており、同じ日本人ということで仲良くなりました。幸い真理子さんと９歳、７歳、５歳の子供達の命は助かりましたが、今回の火災で真理子さんご家族は住む場所を失い、衣服、家具、思い出の写真など全てを失いました。
この壊滅的な火災の他の被災者と同じように全てを失った真理子さんを、私たちとコミュニティー全体でできるだけ多くの支援をしようと動いています。彼女は車椅子ユーザーであり、電動車椅子を失った今、自立した生活をするのが難しい状態でいます。それに加え、３人の子供たちはグルテンや大豆、乳製品など、多くの食物アレルギーを持ち、他にも気をつけなければならない健康問題がいくつかあります。
このファンドは、彼女と彼女の家族が衣服、寝具、家具、子供達のアレルギーフリーの食材、その他の必需品を購入するために役立てる予定です。
