Helping Hands Helping Grymm

My name is Dustin Cundiff and I am coming to you today on behalf of my best friend and creative partner Daniel Lucchesi, otherwise known as the artist Grymm Grymmowski.  For nearly ten years, the two of us have sought to entertain an audience with our webcomic, Voodoo Walrus.  But for the last few years our ability to do so has been hindered by continued illness and financial hardship for Grymm and his family.  While he has been able to maintain his finances, constant setbacks have kept him from ever being able to get a leg up on his situation, which minimizes his time and motivation to do anything other than work and take care of his family.  Recently, his situation has taken a sharp curve in the wrong direction, and I'm asking you today to help him.

The long and short is we need to raise some money, about $250, to get back him back to good.  This money will be used to pay off some debt and, spirits willing, bring him a little piece of mind.  It may not sound like much, the amount or the desired goal, but if anyone deserves for something good to happen to them it's Grymm.  He has suffered loss after loss, setback after setback, and through it all he has remained a positive force for good not only in my life, but in the lives of everyone around him.  To us, Grymm is our rock, our safe place, and that brightness that illmunates the dark.  To have watched him endure this is more than harrowing; it's soul killing.

So a little kindness, that's all we're asking.  If you're a fan of Voodoo Walrus, a friend of Grymm's, or just someone that randomly stumbled upon this campaign, please help.  A dollar, five dollars, whatever you can spare would be more than appreciated.  If you can't, then please share our campaign with those who might be willing and able.  

But don't think we're asking for something for nothing.  If you donate $20, we will send you a piece of original line work for Voodoo Walrus signed by the both of us.  And for each subsequent donation of $20, we'll send you another one.  We will even try to send you one of your choosing, provided it's still in our archives (each of these is unique, so it's first come, first served).  I will try to add other rewards as the campaign goes on, so check back.
