Helping baby Holden and family
On 8/25/17 my sister Kasie gave birth to a baby boy she name Holden Nicolas Bevell. We were eagerly expecting a healthy baby but that was not God's plan. Unbeknown to us prior to delivery Holden was born with Down Syndrome (trisomy 21) and Complete Atrioventricular (AV) canal defect it is a congenital heart defect (HD) so to break it down in layman's terms Holden's heart does not have four chambers basically it has one giant hole. He is scheduled on 12/20/17 to have open heart surgery if he can maintain a certain weight and health. Without surgery statistically he would not live much past a year old. He has already been hospitalized 24 + days on 4 separate occasions and counting. He is currently hospitalized because he has meningitis. Counting yesterday he's looking at another hospital stay of a minimum of 10 days. With that being said I will get to the point, Holden's mother my sister (Kasie Allen) has to be with him 24/7 due to his severe conditions. She has three other amazing children and is unable to work. Currently there income is little to none. Also prayers are much appreciated thank you everyone and God bless
