Hi this is IAN URE, I have Cancer of the tonsils to, and had an emergency tracheostomy and feeding tubes put in, as I could not breathe, the cancer pushed on the trachea as it was very large...and lymph nodes are big..I was the sole provider for my family. My wife Seema, had a kidney transplant and was very sick this year and I was supporting her.. I need to beat this cancer but I cannot do this alone... the financial mountain in front of me keeps getting bigger... (I use to be a mountain climber and have climbed in Banff and rescued people off the mountains) but this kind of mountain is very scarry...since I do not have relatives as I was adopted and parents have passed away long back... I do not have anyone to reach out to for help.. the medical bills are huge.. but I need to get the treatments and help with medical bills. I am a Non Smoker.. but still got cancer of the tonsils......go figure??
My journey I am told is very tough --- Radiation destroys alot of Normal tissues muscles, bones of the jaw.. teeth .. and glands just aroung the neck... and I am told I also have to get chemotherapy which is toxic to kidneys ... the pain and journey ahead  is scarry and you feel like just giving up... but being broke and now with all the medical bills pilling up... it is even harder to bare... My wife wants me to only think of  BEATING this cancer and nothing else but when you are the sole provider it is very hard to think of that... my wife is struggling with her transplant kidney ... and cannot work.. It is hard to ask for help as we are just regular folks that give and help others in need ... rather than receive.. but right now I really need help with my medical bills.. just to get the right treatments and not delay... If I am to "BEAT this Cancer" I need help with the mountain of medical bills and I will need a miracle ..  To anyone that cares and can give please understand and know that I am so grateful for your help and kindness. I will send every kind thought and prayers to thank you from my heart, it is enough to break you down when you receive kindness from a stranger.... 
Cancer is silent and I have never been sick. I took care of my wife on dialysis for 5 years she lived on a machine at home 14hrs a day... and then had a transplant ... and I was supporting her as she was struggling this year with illness... I walked into the emergency as I had trouble breathing .. thinking I was just allergic to something... and was told I had Cancer!! and then immediately had a tracheostomy put in and a feeding tube... life as I know it ended... cancer doctors Oncologist do not go light on you when they explain the painfullness of the journey ahead... I wish they did not go into such details of the damages... radiation and chemotherapy will cause in killing the cancer in the neck .. but right now I need to keep it together and just be brave, I have no relatives..
