I Have Stories to Tell....

I love to write. It's my hobby and my passion. I think through my stories so hard sometimes that I can't remember when the last time was that I watched an entire movie without slowly reaching for my computer to start typing. 

I write for free. This isn't my job. I give away my stories for others to enjoy and I plan to keep it that way. 

But I hit a snag. My wonderful and trusted MacBook finally bit the dust after almost a decade of service. I'm heartbroken without it. Even more, I feel paralyzed since I have no other way to sit and write comfortably. I have all these ideas and notes on paper and no way to share them easily. 

And that's why I'm here. I need a new computer. I'm not asking for anyone to fund a brand new, top of the line, state of the art machine. I love Macs but....a new laptop is out of my reach on such short notice. I've got my eye on a Toshiba Chromebook 2 and the goal amount would cover about half the cost.

So. If you have it to give, $5 a reader would go a long way to helping me reach my goal. And I would really appreciate it.
