Ellen's back on her feet fund

On July 21st, a fire broke out in Charlestown, damaging or destroying over a dozen homes. Peter, Ellen's son, got out just before the flames overtook the entire backside of the building. The family cat Leo unfortunately didn't make it out in time. Ellen's apartment was completely destroyed, and nothing inside of the house will be salvageable. And, after her divorce earlier this year it turns out that while the structure of the building was insured, the insurance for the contents of the house had lapsed. The family has lost all of their possessions -- clothes, glasses, shoes, old family photos, mementos, family heirlooms.
Ellen and Peter Braaten would be immensly grateful to anyone who is able to help them rebuild their lives in this incredible time of need.
