Bill Miller's Aftercare Expenses
Donation protected
1680Entertainment is part of the management team behind Bill Miller (Mohican), who remains one of the most admired figures in the Native American music arena and beyond. But, more importantly, we are only a small part of the universe of people like YOU that supports the legendary artist.
Bill Miller was admitted into the emergency room of a Nashville hospital, while unable to breathe or walk. He was immediately rushed into surgery after medical personnel discovered multiple life-threatening blood clots in his leg, heart, and other areas. In a severe state of physical and emotional depletion, doctors were forced to delay a second surgery for two additional days, hoping his heart would withstand the secondary intrusion.
Although Bill has always been a warrior, battling alcoholism, scores of family tragedies - including the recent loss of his beloved son, and racism, his current medical issues may be his toughest fight, yet.
As I write in Bill's hospital room at this very moment, I watch his tired body draw each breath; however, I remain confident that he will be discharged in the next few days.
While we all continue to ask the Great Spirit to revive his own fighting spirit and to heal this man who has given so much of himself to people of all walks, colors, and creeds around the world, we now ask for YOUR help.
As Bill will not be able to finish his new albums and tour again until he recovers, we are setting up this campaign to help Bill receive the aftercare the doctors say he will be in need of: medication, rehabilitation costs, and his living costs - rent, utilities, and more.
Please join us in helping this man who has truly lived a noble life of helping others by making a donation today, and help him get back to doing what the Great Spirit has built him to do - creating and performing music that heals and reconciles the soul, and gives a voice to the voiceless.
Thank you, in advance, for taking a few minutes to join others in this effort to help Bill Miller - a true American treasure.
