Help Zack fight Thyroid Cancer

Several months ago a good friend of mine Zack went to the doctor for some health concerns. After many months of testing and several diagnosis' such as type 2 diabetes, zack thought things were starting to get better. At his follow up appointment his doctor found a nodule on his thyroid and sent him for an ultrasound and a biopsy of the nodule. The biopsy came back positive for papillary thyroid cancer. Zack has a surgery date scheduled and after that will start his radiation treatment followed by lab tests frequently to make sure the cancer did not spread. Many people have asked if there is anything they can do to help, and that's where this page comes into play. Every little bit will help them with medical expenses. After Zacks surgery, he will be off of work for several weeks for recovery, unfortunately with no pay during that leave because he does not have short term disability , which leaves Stephanie being the only income.
