Hello Everyone,
This is a GoFundMe account for The Rose Family. Some of you know that they just had several large expenses going out, then had an unexpected turn in Court with their oldest son Jonne. Jonne has a different biological mom and constantly tries to go back to court to get Jonne to stay in Cali instead of going home to Kentucky, but, this time was a new low. Crystal made up a fake letter "To God, From Jonne" asking to live with his mother which Jonne would never actually want to do. Since, Crystal took things to court and has refused to let any of them talk to Jonne, refuses to email or call back, and refuses to acknowledge that the courts told her that she was denied emergency custody and that they are still allowed to have contact with him. The Rose family has not gotten to speak with Jonne since July 1st and it is now the 16th, still with no contact and today is court. Jonne was set to meet with the courts mediator to talk this morning, but is not 13 years old (which is required in California to make any decisions on where you want to live) The Rose family needs some help to afford the attorney costs as it is likely to have to go to trial because they simply won't settle for no visitation. Jonne expressed to several people in Kentucky including a Police Officer/guidance counselor as well as his own school bus driver that he was scared to go to California because his mom doesn't feed him and she is "mean" and flat out did not want to go (court declarations from both people were turned into court) but knew he still had to go.
Jonne is a sweet young man but is very confused because he has been hearing what ever Crystal tells him since she stopped letting him contact the Rose family and it is all in a goal to tear this family apart. Anything you can do to help is more than appreciated!
